Job purpose: * Actively guard over Consistency and respect for Proximus Brand Values in visual communications from Proximus. * Be the unique reference point across Belgacom Mobile in terms of visual communication. * Manage the Proximus Image Bank (repository of hundreds of exclusive photos available for all communications) by managing the photo agency. * Produce (layout) zero-mistake creations for internal and external customers.Detail: 1. Consistency and Brand Values Guardian * Ensure that all creations visually respect our brand values (empowering, empathic and spontaneous). Actively control and approve all communications before they leave for production. Share and check consistent usage of agreed guidelines and visuals. Make expert suggestions for improvement. * Develop and maintain the brand guidelines for visual consistency. * Develop and maintain the Proximus Image Bank for further visual consistency. 2. Graphical Reference * Keep up to date with trends in graphic design and photography. * Share this expert knowledge with rest of Belgacom Mobile. 3. Agency Manager * Interact quickly with external photography agency for the Image Bank. * Manage external agency for outsourced jobs that do not fit in own planning. Set expectations and deadlines. Ensure respect for Proximus brand values. * Manage the Proximus Brand Site (secured website with brand resources such as visuals, logos, ... for internal and agency use leading to much faster consistency) and the external agency for the maintenance. * Follow-up on administration to ensure flawless invoicing process. 4. Designer * Layout new communication materials based on briefings. Ensure compliance with guidelines and brand values, in line with branding in line with briefing. Approximately 300 jobs a year. * Design on ad hoc briefings (packagings, logo adaptations, mock-ups, …) for brand projects managed by the Brand Image & Identity Manager.
