Job description
To expand the Europe retail business for GP Batteries Europe in Asten we are looking to recruit a hard working and sales driven International Account Manager to develop and manage the strategic alliances in Southern Europe. Tasks and responsibilities:
- develop and implement the international sales strategies and key account plans
- create, identify and aggressively pursue business opportunities
- further strengthen current relationships and retain/expand business with prospects

- promote worldwide market awareness for the company
- support local Account Managers in different European countries
- report to the International Key Account Manager

Who we are looking for
- at least 5 years' proven track record within a very competitive international environment
- experience in marketing, merchandising or private labels marketing is appreciated
- high level of social intelligence and skills both pragmatic and strategic (lateral thinking)
- extensive knowledge of strategic alliances within the food and / or consumer electronics sector is a must
- equally comfortable with new business development as with key account management
